Cap Métissage: association et guide de parentalité

ME/RG has a French cousin. Cap Métissage is an association devoted to mixed families in France, and it is the closest thing to a French ME/RG this research found: same mission, same warmth, different language.

Their parenting guide for raising enfants métis covers ground our families will recognize instantly: celebrating every heritage through books, music, and food; building a child’s self-esteem; growing support networks. The association has also screened a documentary on métissage at the Assemblée nationale and the Sorbonne, which is to say, at the heart of French public life.
